Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Any items which have been worn, washed or do not have all labels and tickets intact and attached will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless faulty. Please contact us with a video or picture for us to inspect the condition of the item.
Should the order arrive in a faulty condition, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof that the item is faulty. Please contact us with a video or picture. We will either reship the item to you free of charge, or refund you in full.

Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse before contacting us.
Once your item is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, in no more than 30 days. The original postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Incorrect Address
Maclo boutique is not responsible for false/incorrect shipping information submitted by a customer.
Unfortunately, once the order is fulfilled, we are unable to edit the shipping address. Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to stop/cancel the order while in transit. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
If your package had not been delivered and was returned to the sender due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided at checkout, unfortunately, we can't issue a refund.
Late/Delayed shipping
Maclo boutique is not liable for delayed/lost/late packages shipped via our logistic partners.
In case your order gets lost/delayed at any step of the shipping process, we can't issue a refund since maclo boutique incurs the shipping cost at the time of the shipment. In this instance we can only reship your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
