How long will take for my items to be delivered?

 The time span for deliveries results from two time periods:

1) Processing time (1-2 days)

2) Delivery time

The duration from our international shipping centre to the place of delivery In europe is of 5-10 working days to get delivered to the destination.

 *All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays.

Can I change or delete my order?

 Once the order is placed it's not possible to make changes or delete the order. Anyway, under the Consumer Right s Directive for E.U. you can return certain items at any time up to 14 days after the day you receive your order. Please note that do to higyenical reasons certain items cannot be replaced or returned.

 

How do I return the items I ordered?

 Items must be returned ‘as new’ for a refund or exchange. Items which have been worn, washed or do not have all labels and tickets intact and attached will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless faulty. Please note that do to higyenical reasons certain items cannot be replaced or returned.

Should the  order arrive in a faulty condition, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof that the item is faulty indicating name, address and the order number.

When will I receive my refund?

 Should an item be returned,you have  three options:

  1. Immediate Store Credit: Customers have the choice to receive instant store credit for the full value of the returned item(s). This store credit can be utilized for future purchases on our website.
  2.  Exchange: Customers have the option to exchange their item(s) for a new one of equal value, subject to availability, at no extra charge. Customers will need to pay for the shipping fees that will be calculated based on the quantity and type of items being exchanged.
  3. Refund upon Confirmation: Customers may request a refund, which will be processed once the returned item(s) have been confirmed delivered to the return address and no longer than 30 days upon receival of the item(s). It is important to note that delivery expenses are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
